30-Day Return Policy
Unused Items:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Paddle must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Customer covers return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect
30-Day Play Test Option:
- Paddle can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Partial refund (25% restocking fee applies)
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Paddle must show only normal wear; no significant damage or heavy use
- Returns require prior authorization (RMA number)
- Refund issued within 10 business days upon inspection
- If return is refused, customer can opt to pay shipping to have paddle returned
Returns from Other Sellers:
- If you purchased your paddle from an authorized Aireo Sports dealer or marketplace (e.g., Amazon), please initiate the return directly through the seller you purchased from.
- Returns should be processed according to the original seller's return policy.
Warranty Policy (6-Month Limited)
Warranty Coverage:
- Covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (grips, edge guards, paddle face/core)
- Cosmetic issues or graphics fading
- Damage from impacts with ground, paddles, or other objects
- Abuse, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Edge damage without protective guards
- Rattling not affecting performance
- Commercial or rental use
- Demo, blemished, second-grade paddles
- Purchases from unauthorized dealers

- Warranty valid for 6 months from original purchase date
- Applies only to original purchaser; non-transferable
- Proof of purchase required (receipt or bank/credit statement)
- Paddles must be registered within 30 days of purchase
- Direct purchases from www.aireo-sports.com are automatically registered
- Purchases from Authorized Dealers or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) require manual registration
Warranty Claim Process
- Submit clear photographic or video evidence of defects
- Include proof of purchase and detailed paddle information
- Warranty claims reviewed within one week
- Replacement paddles carry no additional warranty beyond the original warranty duration
- Approved replacements ship within 10 business days
- Aireo Sports maintains sole discretion in all warranty claim decisions
